It’s my 35th birthday, and it’s raining (which we need)…however, yesterday morning there was a brilliant sunrise! It started off purple and then added pink before the sun burst forth for the new day! A nice way to start the day, and a new year of life:)

Even though we are now half way through October, there are still some purple clover holding onto life! It is nice to see another color this time of year, and I’m sure the bees are enjoying them too!

There are so many leaves on the ground! I found these 2 oak leaves next to 2 maple leaves and put them together to make a bigger leaf! It’s fun to embrace your inner child from time to time, and be creative:)

My mom and I went for a walk up in a nearby field, as we’re want to do, and I discovered this little feather! It looks like it may be a small feather from a turkey, or some similar wild bird:

I love taking photos of the moon, regardless of what phase it is in or what time of year it is! There is just something about it that fascinates me…I was walking in my town the other day, and happened to look up and see the moon peeking through some trees…

My mom and I like to walk down through the forest to the nearby brook. A few days ago we saw these leaves that looked almost silver in the water…of course, these are just the backs of the leaves, but they still look pretty!
