I studied abroad in London my 1st semester of my junior year of college way back in 2005.
I had a couple chances to get out of the city. During my 1st week, I took a day trip to Bath and Stonehenge:

And about half way through my time there one of my sisters came over, and we went up to Warwick Castle, surrounded by pretty English countryside:

We always make a trail through the snow around our house, which the animals also take advantage of…soon it shall all be melted and Spring will arrive!

My mom and I went for a walk in the field and saw tons of snow fleas coming out to enjoy the warmer weather…apparently they are a sign of healthy soil! You can read more about them here.

Over the next few Saturdays I will be sharing some nature photos from my travels abroad that I took between 2005-2019. First up, Ireland, the Emerald Isle! I went with a group from college to tour around some archaeological sites before doing an archaeological field school for a week. We saw many amazing places, including these ruins of an old church at Clonmacnoise:
