Pink in the Sky
As I was eating breakfast this morning, around 10 of 7, I happened to look out the window…and what did I see? This amazing sunrise! What a great way to start the day! Even though it is sometimes said, “Pink in the morning sailors take warning”…but it shall only be sunny skies today!

Squirreling Away
This is the time of year when squirrels can be seen collecting acorns and the like to prepare for winter. It’s amazing how they know what to do and when! I think we can learn from the squirrel to only collect good things, and to store them up for colder times, such as good thoughts,Continue reading “Squirreling Away”
Pinecones
This year there seems to be tons of pinecones on the tops of most pine trees. Does this mean they know we are going to have a harder winter and that they have to produce more to survive? Or is it just time for them to make more pinecones? We shall see…
Berries
There are tons of berries now, and the birds are loving it! I can hear them flitting around through the branches, eating as many as they can while they’re still around. Now is the time to prepare for the colder seasons of the year… Subscribe for more little tastes of nature delivered to your inbox!
